Welcome to BleamHealth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use bleamhealth.com and any related products, subscriptions, content, and services (the "Services"). The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to BleamHealth.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying e-commerce platform.
Please read these Terms carefully — they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution. By visiting, interacting with, or buying from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
The short version
- You must be 18 or older to buy from us or create an account.
- BleamHealth sells dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
- Subscriptions are recurring. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum of 2 paid shipments before cancellation is available. Full subscription terms are in our Refund Policy.
- Returns and refunds work as described in our Refund Policy. Supplements are final sale unless damaged, defective, or wrong.
- You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, scrape our content, or impersonate anyone — including via automated AI agents that don't identify themselves.
- These Terms are governed by Australian law.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from BleamHealth, create an account, or subscribe to any of our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You also represent that any information you give us — including name, email, payment, and shipping details — is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Don't share your password, transfer or sell your account to anyone, or let someone else use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately at contact@bleamhealth.com.
2. Our products and health information
BleamHealth sells dietary supplements. We work hard to represent our products accurately on the website, but please note:
- Colors and product appearance may vary from how they appear on your screen depending on your device, monitor, and lighting.
- Product descriptions, availability, and ingredients may change at any time at our discretion. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
- We do not warrant that the appearance, quality, or effects of our products will meet your specific expectations. Supplement effects vary from person to person.
Important health disclaimer. The statements on our website and packaging have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Services is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Talk to your doctor before using any BleamHealth product if you are pregnant or nursing, trying to conceive, taking prescription medication, have a known medical condition, are scheduled for surgery, or have a history of allergies to probiotics, prebiotics, or any of the ingredients listed on our product page. Stop taking the product and consult a healthcare professional immediately if you experience an adverse reaction.
You are responsible for reading the ingredient list and confirming the product is appropriate for you before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by allergies or interactions you didn't disclose to your doctor.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order isn't accepted until we confirm acceptance and your payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, payment failure, ordering anomalies, or pricing errors. If we cancel or change an order, we'll notify you using the contact details you provided.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted and transmitted to fulfillment, we generally cannot accommodate cancellation or modification requests — see our Refund Policy for details.
Pricing. Prices, discounts, taxes, and shipping fees in effect at the time you place your order will appear in your order confirmation. Prices may change at any time without notice. Posted prices don't include applicable taxes unless stated.
Payment. By submitting payment information, you represent that the payment method is yours, that you are authorized to use it, that the information is accurate, and that you'll pay the full amount of the order — including taxes and shipping. Card details are processed by Shopify Payments and our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers.
Personal use only. Our products are for your personal or household use. You may not buy from us for commercial resale, export, or redistribution without our written consent.
4. Subscriptions
BleamHealth offers a Subscribe & Save option that delivers your selected product on a recurring schedule at a discounted price.
4.1. How subscriptions work
When you subscribe, you authorize BleamHealth to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription price and renewal interval shown at checkout, until you cancel after the minimum commitment is met. You'll receive an email confirmation of every charge and a shipping notification when each order ships.
4.2. Minimum commitment
Subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) paid shipments before cancellation is available. This minimum is what allows us to offer the subscription discount over the one-time price. Cancellation requests received before your second charge will be scheduled to take effect immediately after the second charge processes — you will not be charged a third time.
4.3. Cancelling, skipping, pausing, and changing your subscription
Once your second shipment has been charged, you can cancel anytime in your customer account at bleamhealth.com — no email or call required. You can also skip a shipment, pause your subscription, change the renewal date, or update your payment method or shipping address through your account portal. Changes (including cancellations) must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to take effect for that order.
4.4. Price changes
If we change the price or shipping fee for your subscription, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email to your account on file before the change takes effect. You can cancel any time before the new price applies.
4.5. Failed payments
If a subscription charge fails, we may attempt to retry the charge for up to 7 days. If we still can't process the charge, we may pause or cancel your subscription. You're responsible for keeping your payment method current.
5. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time we offer discount codes, promotional pricing, gifts-with-purchase, or referral rewards. Unless we say otherwise, promotions:
- are valid for a limited time and may be revoked at any time;
- are limited to one use per customer;
- cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, or subscription pricing;
- are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value;
- are void if the order is cancelled or returned, or if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
If a promotion has its own terms posted at checkout or in the campaign creative, those terms control to the extent they conflict with this section.
6. Shipping and delivery
BleamHealth currently ships within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are exactly that — estimates — and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak-season volume, or other events outside our control.
Once we transfer your products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. For lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, see our Refund Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please read it before placing an order. In short: supplements are final sale; replacements are available for damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments reported within 7 days of delivery.
8. Reviews, submissions, and feedback
If you submit a product review, photo, video, testimonial, social media post tagging us, idea, suggestion, or other content (collectively, "Submissions") to or about BleamHealth, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of your Submission, in any medium and for any purpose — including marketing, advertising, packaging, and retail materials — without compensation or further notice to you.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to all content in your Submission, including the right to grant us this license;
- Your Submission is your honest, truthful opinion or experience and isn't fabricated, paid-for, or AI-generated unless clearly disclosed;
- You have disclosed any compensation, gifted product, or affiliate relationship as required by FTC endorsement guidelines;
- Your Submission doesn't infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Your Submission doesn't contain anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or any virus or malicious code.
We're not obligated to publish, monitor, or compensate you for any Submission. We may, in our sole discretion, edit, remove, or refuse any Submission.
9. Intellectual property
The Services and all content on them — including the Bleam wordmark, the BleamHealth name, product names, logos, taglines, packaging, photography, copy, code, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above — are owned by BleamHealth or our licensors and are protected by Australian, U.S., and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, scrape, download, or transmit any content from the Services without our prior written consent — except that you may share unmodified product pages or social posts on personal social media in the ordinary way.
Shopify's name, logo, and marks are trademarks of Shopify and are used by us under license. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
10. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or these Terms;
- infringe our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm us, our employees, or any other person;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
- scrape, harvest, or collect personal information about other users;
- spam, phish, or send unsolicited bulk communications using the Services;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services;
- interfere with, bypass, or attempt to circumvent security features, rate limits, robot exclusion headers, CAPTCHAs, or other access controls;
- use the Services to develop, train, or fine-tune any AI model or dataset without our written consent;
- engage in any conduct that, in our sole judgment, restricts other users' enjoyment of the Services or exposes us, Shopify, or others to liability.
We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated this section.
11. Automated agents and bots
This section applies if you use, deploy, or cause an automated agent (including any "AI agent," browsing agent, scraper, bot, or similar software acting on your behalf with limited or no direct human supervision) — collectively, "Agents" — to access or interact with the Services.
Agents may access the Services only if they:

Agent/[agent name]in the user-agent string; - Don't conceal or disguise their automated nature — including by mimicking human behavior, completing CAPTCHAs designed to distinguish humans from machines, or denying being an Agent if asked;
- Respect any technical or contractual limit we set on Agent access, including rate limits, IP blocks, robot exclusion headers, and explicit requests to refrain.
If you operate an Agent, you're responsible for everything it does on the Services, including any purchases it places on your behalf. We may block, throttle, or disable Agent access at our discretion.
12. Third-party services and links
The Services may contain links to or embeds from third-party websites, plugins, or services (including ingredient suppliers, scientific studies, social media platforms, and embedded video). We don't control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Reviewing the third party's terms and privacy policy before using its services is your responsibility.
13. Relationship with Shopify
BleamHealth is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that runs our Services. Sales and purchases on bleamhealth.com are made directly between you and BleamHealth. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for any aspect of those sales — including any injury, loss, or damage caused by our products or Services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with BleamHealth.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information you provide is also processed under Shopify's privacy policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you've read and understood both.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and all products sold through them are provided "as is" and "as available" without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied — except as required by applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law).
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY US, BLEAMHEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Any information presented on the Services — including ingredient information, scientific summaries, and product claims — is for general informational purposes. We don't warrant its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness for your individual situation. Reliance on any such information is at your own risk.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLEAMHEALTH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS — AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES — WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE FROM US WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BLEAMHEALTH IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) AUD $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BleamHealth and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors — and Shopify and its affiliates — from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms or any policies they incorporate; (2) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your use or misuse of the Services.
We'll notify you of any indemnifiable claim, though a delay in notice won't relieve you of your obligation unless you're materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, but won't settle a claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You'll cooperate with us in the defense.
18. Force majeure
BleamHealth is not liable for any failure or delay in performing under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control — including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or utility outages, supplier or fulfillment-partner failures (including any failure or delay by Supliful or shipping carriers), and similar events. If a force majeure event materially affects our ability to fulfill orders, we'll communicate and work with you in good faith to find a resolution.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion and with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you've violated these Terms. You'll remain liable for any amounts owed up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Reviews, Submissions, and Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Disputes, and any other section that by its nature should survive.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them, are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and BleamHealth agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the Services, or any product you purchase from us will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Australia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws in your country or state of residence.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our products, or applicable law. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll provide additional notice (for example, by email to your account on file) and the change will take effect on the date specified in the notice. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
22. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions
Occasionally, content on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — for example, in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change, update, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you've submitted your order), if any information turns out to be inaccurate.
23. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and BleamHealth regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the rest will remain in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms won't be a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
No construction against drafter. Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation.
