Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains where BleamHealth ships, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something goes wrong with your shipment. It applies to all orders placed on bleamhealth.com.
The short version
- Shipping is free on every order, one-time and subscription.
- Every order ships tracked via USPS — you'll get a tracking link by email and can also follow your order on our Order Tracking page.
- We currently ship to the continental United States only (the lower 48 states).
- We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or internationally — see "Where we ship" below.
- Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days from the day you order.

Order timeline
Here's how the 3–6 business day estimate breaks down:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking your order
Every BleamHealth order ships tracked via USPS. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your USPS tracking number and a link to follow it.
You can also track any order anytime on our Order Tracking page — just enter your order number and email address to see real-time status updates from USPS.
If you don't receive your shipping notification within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at contact@bleamhealth.com.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can usually update an address only if the order hasn't yet been transmitted to fulfillment — typically within 2 hours of order placement. After that, the address on file is the address we ship to.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs in that case.
Delivery delays we can't control
Estimated delivery times are exactly that — estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS performance or carrier-network issues;
- Weather events or natural disasters;
- Peak-season volume (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December holidays);
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout;
- Other events outside our reasonable control (see the Force Majeure section of our Terms of Service).
If your order is materially delayed beyond the estimate above, email us at contact@bleamhealth.com and we'll look into it with USPS.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your order as "delivered" but it isn't there, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy — including checking with neighbours and household members, waiting 48 hours, and filing a missing-package claim with USPS. Email us within 14 days of the "delivered" status if the package still hasn't turned up and we'll work with you on a resolution.
BleamHealth isn't responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we'll always try to help.
Damaged or wrong-item shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, email contact@bleamhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement at no cost — see our Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping for subscription orders
Every shipment in your Subscribe & Save subscription ships free and tracked, with the same processing and delivery timeline as a one-time order. Your renewal date in your customer account is the date you'll be charged — your package will then enter processing the next business day, and you'll receive USPS tracking by email when it ships.
Need a shipment to arrive sooner or later? You can change your renewal date or skip a shipment in your customer account anytime, up to 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.
Storage and handling
Our fulfillment partner stores all BleamHealth product in a temperature-controlled, food-grade facility consistent with FDA-registered cGMP supplement storage standards. Once delivered, please store your bottle in a cool, dry place (below 25°C / 77°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve probiotic potency. Do not refrigerate.
Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time as we expand our shipping zones, change carriers, or update timelines. The version posted here on the day you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
