Cancellation policy

BleamHealth offers a Subscribe & Save option on our products. This page explains how subscription billing works, the minimum commitment, and how to change or cancel your subscription.
This policy works alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, which together govern your purchase. We don't currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy options.
The short version
- Subscribing to BleamHealth means you'll receive recurring deliveries at the price and interval shown at checkout — every 30 days for a single bottle, every 60 days for the double-bottle bundle.
- Subscriptions require a minimum of 2 paid shipments before cancellation is available.
- Once your second shipment has been charged, you can cancel anytime in your customer account — at least 24 hours before your next charge.
- Charges that have already processed are not refundable, but you'll never be charged after your cancellation takes effect.
How subscriptions work
When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorize BleamHealth to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription price shown at checkout — $40 per shipment for the Single bottle (renews every 30 days) or $65 per shipment for the Double-bottle bundle (renews every 60 days) — until you cancel after the minimum commitment is met. Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your full card number.
You'll receive an email confirmation each time a charge is made and a USPS tracking link when each order ships.
Minimum commitment
Subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) paid shipments before cancellation is available. This minimum is what allows us to offer the subscription discount over the one-time price. If you submit a cancellation request before your second charge has processed, the cancellation will take effect immediately after charge #2 — you will not be charged a third time.
Cancelling, skipping, pausing, and changing
Once your second shipment has been charged, you can manage your subscription anytime in your customer account at bleamhealth.com — no email or phone call required. From there you can:
- Cancel your subscription;
- Skip an upcoming shipment;
- Pause your subscription;
- Change your renewal date or delivery frequency;
- Update your payment method or shipping address.
Changes — including cancellations — must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to take effect for that order. Charges that have already processed are not refundable.
Price changes
If we ever change the price or shipping fee for your subscription, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email to your account on file before the change takes effect. You can cancel any time before the new price applies.
Failed payments
If a subscription charge fails (for example, because your card has expired), we'll attempt to retry the charge for up to 7 days. If we still can't process the charge, we may pause or cancel your subscription. You're responsible for keeping your payment method current.
Returns and refunds
